Position Overview

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and support day-to-day office communication. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet and assist visitors and customers upon arrival
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
  • Support data entry and basic administrative tasks
  • Assist with coordinating communication between staff and customers


Minimum requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Professional, friendly, and organized demeanor
  • Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, data entry)
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
