Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and support day-to-day office communication. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally
- Greet and assist visitors and customers upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Respond to general customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain organized records, files, and office documentation
- Support data entry and basic administrative tasks
- Assist with coordinating communication between staff and customers
Minimum requirements
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
- Professional, friendly, and organized demeanor
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, data entry)
- Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
