Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and outgoing Event Assistant to support company participation in local events, trade shows, and promotional activities. This role includes assisting with event setup, customer interaction, and event coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with event setup and breakdown
  • Welcome attendees and provide general information about the company
  • Distribute promotional and informational materials
  • Help maintain an organized and professional event area
  • Support team members with event logistics and coordination
  • Interact professionally with customers and community members
  • Assist with inventory and event supply organization
