Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications. This role supports appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and service coordination while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
- Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- Schedule consultations and manage appointment calendars
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately
- Provide general information about services and scheduling
- Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when needed
- Support communication between customers and internal teams
Minimum requirements
- Previous experience in call center, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
- Comfortable managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently
- Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
