We are seeking a professional Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer communications. This role supports appointment scheduling, customer inquiries, and service coordination while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner
  • Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
  • Schedule consultations and manage appointment calendars
  • Document customer interactions and update records accurately
  • Provide general information about services and scheduling
  • Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate department when needed
  • Support communication between customers and internal teams


Minimum requirements

  • Previous experience in call center, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple calls and tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
